These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Syllabus Wizard, operated by Hottakes Lifestyle ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Syllabus Wizard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Syllabus Wizard. By using the service, you represent that you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
New accounts include a 7-day free trial. You must provide a valid payment method to start your trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial period, your selected plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending our support team an email at hottakesdeliciousfashion@gmail.com. We will respond with your cancellation confirmation within 24 hours. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
The Group plan allows up to 5 individual logins under one subscription. The account holder is responsible for all activity by members added to the group. Members must comply with these Terms. The account holder is responsible for removing members who leave the group.
You agree not to use Syllabus Wizard to:
You retain ownership of all syllabi, notes, textbook content, and other materials you upload or create in Syllabus Wizard ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.
You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
Syllabus Wizard uses AI to generate quizzes, flashcards, and study materials based on your course content. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it academically. We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated study materials.
Syllabus Wizard, its logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by Hottakes Lifestyle and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
Syllabus Wizard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. We are not responsible for academic outcomes resulting from use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hottakes Lifestyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Syllabus Wizard. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
